  • Yes, you do! When you become a LYON customer, a Client Champion will be assigned to you. This will be one of our team members who will take care of any problems you may have.
  • Your main point of call at LYON, your Client Champion, is available to:
  • Make sure that you are consistently pleased with the service you get from us
  • Communicate any immediate or ongoing IT issues that you may have
  • Escalate any problems you’re having that require the attention of one of our team members
  • Ensure that your ongoing IT investment is related to your overall business objectives
  • With a Client Champion to guide you in the right direction, we will get a better understanding of your needs, making it a simpler process to overcome your IT problems. We’re pleased to say our IT services cover North London and other areas surrounding central London.
What will happen if my IT issue can’t be fixed remotely?
