Lyon Tech today announced the completion of its acquisition of Nitty gritty.net Limited.

The combined company will continue to be led by Amin Fard as Managing Director and operated by Joss Maynard Operations Director. Lyon Tech also reconfirmed that its primary offices will remain to be at the Old Street. Further decisions regarding organisational structure and leadership will be determined as part of the ongoing integration process.
